Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the GTM strategy for a diverse B2B SaaS product suite (hands-on involvement)
  • Oversee and drive the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, aligning them with business objectives
  • Manage a team of Product Marketers, ensuring a culture of engagement and effective messaging
  • Understand customer needs and personas. Effectively guide content strategy, website, and sales enablement to drive engagement and increased win rates
  • Coordinate closely with Product Management, Demand Generation, Sales and Field Marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency in product launch activities
  • Provide direct, strategic input and ensuring seamless implementation of GTM plans
  • Establish and maintain influential relationships with industry analysts, ensuring the solutions are accurately and favorably represented
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies
  • Creatively design and implement GTM strategies, bringing a experiential approach to campaign development and execution
  • Review and approve major marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the larger business strategy
  • Hands on involvement in pricing decisions alongside Product Management
  • Encourage continuous improvement, always creating and innovating
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, representing the company and gathering insights for strategy development
  • Lead, and contribute to, cross-functional projects, emphasizing practical problem solving
  • Manage the unit budget for the Product Marketing department
  • Active M&A participation in due diligence and integration efforts
Requirements: 
  • 8+ years leading a SaaS Product Marketing group
  • Experience leading Product Marketing teams within large-scale global enterprise software companies 
  • Expertise with diverse portfolio products covering a range of personas and different GTM strategies (sold via ecommerce driven or direct sales teams)
  • Experience in working closely with and understanding the functions of Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Product Management and how to manage their dependencies
  • Managed multiple direct reports and multiple products (start with one, may expand into others)
  • Managed international teams (preferred)
  • Deep experience with GTM strategy, pricing/packaging, market research, and sales enablement
  • Experience setting strategy, targets and measuring for success
  • Demonstrated success directly affecting revenue with related sales initiatives
  • Hands on and pragmatic. Experienced getting in the data, understanding the business data, revenue impact etc. Understand where the revenue comes from.  Not just high level talk, product launch, writing content
  • Be an outstanding communicator with a proven ability to develop and convey effective messaging
  • Innovative strategist with an excitement for market analysis and converting insights into effective market entry strategies. Analytically inclined.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, capable of maneuvering through complex corporate structures and effectively negotiating solutions, while maintaining professional relationships at every level. Fostering accountability
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software products in the digital ecosystem   
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar (MBA preferred)
  • Live / work on East Coast (remote)
