Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Drive revenue growth in Eastern Region by selling enterprise SaaS application solutions. Exceed enterprise sales target
  • Help team position business value, manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with key executives, sell directly to client stakeholders and work with partners on client strategy
  • Hire, scale, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Drive revenue success. Build the sales plan for achieving a bookings quota target, manage the sales forecasting process, and coach the team to exceed quota
  • Create trust-based client relationships, focusing on long-term success
  • Engage in C-suite client discussions and manage ongoing relationship
  • Lead and manage deal strategy and inspection process, including QBRs
  • Work with other x-functional team members
  • Understand specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Manage pipeline and accurately forecast new business
  • Report to CRO
Requirements: 
  • 10+ years of experience in high-growth enterprise software sales environment
  • 5+ years managing a team of enterprise software professionals, selling applications to the business
  • Expertise selling SaaS solutions to the business, specifically to finance team buyers (including CFO)
  • Bring a good mix of large company experience, known for sales execution, as well as high-growth early-stage company experience
  • Have a track record of exceeding quotas and scaling teams. Proven ability to move the needle
  • Expert at positioning business value, selling SaaS based enterprise software application solutions
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with key executives, selling direct to client stakeholders
  • Excellent C-level communication skills
  • Proven expertise with teaching, coaching, and training sales methodologies
  • Experience in hiring and developing Enterprise Account Executives
  • Experience with territory management and planning at regional and account levels
  • Strategic, analytical thinker
  • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Remote working
