Responsibilities: 
  • Own and drive the technical aspects of the sales cycle
  • Support key deals in your region with technical expertise with a business value angle
  • Understand project requirements. Identify and mitigate technical and business risks in order to validate, assess, and qualify technical aspects of relevant deals
  • Help support existing partner network deals. Help drive developer and AE enablement in your region
  • Create and deliver value driven demos combining the technical excellence of company with tangible business value for our prospects
  • Convey messages to mixed audiences, understanding how to diversify your message to meet the needs of everyone in the room
  • Be passionate about compelling storytelling involving complex technology, business value and solutioning
  • Support the entire digital delivery supply chain by turning traditional and headless technologies into a composable digital experience platform
  • Speak about and evangelize solution together with DevRel at internal and external events
  • Help transform digital delivery from end to end through a composable approach to digital experiences
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution/Sales Engineer or a similar position (i.e.: Solution Architect)
  • Solid technical knowledge and broad understanding of web technologies (including headless APIs, Front-end, CMS and headless commerce)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have a good understanding of business
  • A track record of proactive problem solving, innovation, and solutioning
  • Experience managing people and projects or self-driven and highly skilled Senior Solution Engineers (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of different omni channel technologies (mobile, kiosk, chat, voice, AR/VR, smartwatches) (nice to have)
  • Practical development experience (nice to have)
  • Be a team player and have a positive mindset
  • Able to take ownership
  • Always looking to learn and improve
  • Bachelor’s degree
