Responsibilities: · Source diverse candidate skill sets to assist Account Executives in turning billing opportunities into revenue; conducts research to generate candidates. · Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings. · As an executive recruiter, you will seek out candidates to fill existing job orders. · Heavy phone use is required · Interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the client organization and position · Refer candidates and coordinates interviews with client · Perform reference and background checks on applicants · Coordinate communications with applicants · Perform follow up work to track results and maintain relationships with clients and candidates · Review applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the client organization and position · Document information and maintains records for future references · Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to research and identify candidates · Other administrative and sales-oriented duties, as assigned | |
Requirements: · Excellent written and verbal communication · Must be very comfortable cold-calling candidates as well as companies · College degree preferred (not required) · Previous experience in a sales-oriented role preferred · Ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients over the telephone · Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office applications) · Ability to multitask and prioritize · Ability to work effectively in a team environment · Energy, enthusiasm and professionalism · Work location: Norwalk, CT | |
