Essential Functions

Able to manage in a high paced , dynamic environment with frequent priority changes and customer requests.  Proven ability to delegate tasks and obtain goals.  Has a high degree of attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Confident decision maker and team leader.  Bachelor's degree required with a strong emphasis in a natural science.  Ensure compliance to all Regulatory, Customer, and company requirements.   Maintain and promote strong work ethics and integrity to all.   Experience working within a cGMP compliant Quality Management System. 

Best Fit:

We are looking for a strong leader with a minimum of 5 years Management/Supervisory experience in a regulated CPG environment.  Experience with cGMP manufacturing.
