Our client is located in the Boston area and are looking to bring in a Receptionist who also is a Sales Coordinator.  The reception area and showroom are newly renovated and the successful candidate will be the first person to work in the space. They are preparing for their best growth year ever and want to hire quickly. This company has been voted Best of Boston by 3 different magazines and they are the premier specialty subcontractor in their field!  They are a unique company that imports high end marble, granite, quartz, exotic stone & rare building materials for both commercial & residential projects. They are looking for a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, answer the phone and forward calls to the appropriate person. Additional duties for occasionally accompanying customers through the showroom.

• Answer multi line phone and forward calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet customers during their in-person visits
• Coordinate customer meeting with a sales person

• A proactive approach and friendly demeanor and attitude is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and develop best practices
• Take on new roles and responsibilities as required
• Able to adapt to new changes
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software is a PLUS
• Prior experience fielding incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
