Sales Consultants of Chaska

Our client, a mid-sized packaging company is searhing for a Quality Manager.  The company has grown their business 50% over the past 4 years and they have invested heavily into new equipment. 

In this role, you will develop effective quality control processes based on custmer needs and requirements.  You will be involved in quality training and process improvement, as well as leading safety efforts in conjunction with the Plant Manager, HR, and the GM.

The qualified individual MUST have a solid background in the printing industry, and have experience with Six Sigma/Lean Mfg.  Experience with AIB and food safety is a plus!  Kaizen experience also helpful. Must have a strong understanding of the Printing Industry (pressroom, finishing, manufacturing processes).  

Other desired qualities include good organizational skills, professional, detail oriented and have a solid work ethic.
