• My client is a privately owned Packaging and Display company with a strong national presence.
• They have experienced double digit growth over the past several years (more than doubled their annual sales over the last 10 years). They are debt free and financially very strong. Due to future retirements, my client is searching for a high potential leader who can eventually become a senior level leader (Sales, Production, Client Services, Design) and ultimately have the opportunity to become the General Manager of a fast growing and highly profitable business.

The individual must have a leadership role (manager, supervisor, "lead")within the printing or corrugated packaging inustry in any function.  You will be assigned to a department to manage.  Must have strong leadership skills with the desire to want to move into a Sr. level leader position.

• In this role you will need to be comfortable managing functional areas within the company that may not be your personal expertise.
• The ideal candidate must be patient and a willing learner who is looking for personal growth in their career.
• They are looking for someone who is well organized, strategic, problem solver, collaborative, good communicator, adaptable and capable of managing multiple functional areas
• College degree is required.
